Working crazy hours at office? Yes, we get it. It’s the Holiday season and you need to get tons of things done before going on vacay. However, this is not an excuse for not doing anything nice for yourself. Take 5 minutes and exercise your legs, to let your blood circulate and get an extra dose of endorphins. We all can do it! Because even into the busiest schedule, we should be able to pause and say “It’s me o’clock!”
